WILLIAMS TWP., Pa. – Northampton police were notified of an online crypto scam on February 26, 2023.
A local victim sent approximately $160,000 worth of crypto to an unknown person, believing they were making short term currency purchases and selling them for a massive profit.
The case is under investigation.
