The US SEC has given preliminary approval to BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, and VanEck for their spot Ether ETFs according to a report from Reuters. The SEC’s approval is dependent on the applicants submitting the final offering documents by the end of this week. Notably, the ETFs could start trading as early as next Tuesday. Fidelity, ARK 21Shares, Grayscale, Bitwise, and Invesco Galaxy are also preparing to launch their Ether ETFs next week. The SEC has instructed issuers to submit their final S-1 filings by July 16, stating the fees attached to their spot Ether ETFs.
